One of the primary functions of the subconscious is to spot patterns in all of our waking-life actions, as well as the many ideas and impulses that guide them. As a result, our thoughts and actions follow a pattern that molds and defines how we view ourselves.
Therefore, it’s crucial that we maintain control over and continually alter these patterns in order to channel ourselves in a healthier and more constructive manner to get the life, business and relationship we desire.
